Reservations are for fresh, uncooked turkeys - please choose from the options below to place your reservation.

If your preferred pick up date is not showing, we have closed reservations for that date. However, we have plenty of turkeys available in store for you to choose from.

Our turkeys from Mary's are vacuum-sealed and stored cold, not frozen. Ready to roast as soon as you get them home. 

We recommend 1.5 to 2 pounds per person.

 

Approx. cooking times in 350-degree oven:

​

  • 9-11 LBS - 2.5 hours

  • 12-14 LBS - 3 hours

  • 15-17 LBS - 3.5 hours

  • 18-20 LBS - 4 hours

  • 21-23 LBS - 4.5 hours

  • 24+ LBS - 5+ hours

 

IMPORTANT: To ensure your turkey is properly cooked, please use a meat thermometer - the breast should reach 165 degrees, and the thigh should reach 175 degrees using a meat thermometer.

For best results, let your turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
