Mix 1 cup of falafel mix with ½ cup of water. Form small patties or balls. Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Combine 1 cup of tabouleh mix, 1 cup of boiling water, 1/3 cup of vegetable oil and mix. Add 2 large diced tomatoes and 2 tbsp of lemon juice and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours and mix.
